Digambar Jain Mahasamiti, Celebrates Rakshabandhan with BSF Soldiers at Bhondsi Camp, Gurugram

Chandigarh. A team from Digambar Jain Mahasamiti, Gurugram, visited the BSF Camp in Bhondsi, Gurugram on 16th August, 2024 to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan with the brave jawans of the Border Security Force (BSF).

The team, led by Dr. Deepak Jain-Working President and Spokesperson along with Smt. Sunita Jain-Working President and Secretary Women’s Team (Haryana Zone), Sh. Naresh Jain- Sambhag President (Haryana Zone), Sh. Devendra Jain- President Digambar Jain Samaj Sec. 15, Sh. D. C. Jain, Pandit Basant Jain Shastri and Sh. Anil Jain, from Digambar Jain Mahasamiti, tied Rakhis on the wrists of the BSF jawans, symbolizing the bond of protection and affection. The jawans were also presented with gifts and sweets as a token of appreciation for their selfless service to the nation.

The event was attended by Sh. Dharmendra Pareek DIG (Retd.)-BSF, Sh. Pawan Kumar, Assistant Commandant-BSF along with hundreds of BSF jawans, who were deeply moved by the gesture of the Digambar Jain Mahasamiti team. The team also offered prayers for the well-being and safety of the jawans and their families.

The event was a heartfelt gesture to show appreciation for the dedication and sacrifices of the BSF jawans. It was a simple yet meaningful way to express gratitude and strengthen the connection between the community and those who protect the nation.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Deepak Jain, Working President and Spokesperson, Digambar Jain Mahasamiti, said, “We are honored to celebrate Rakshabandhan with the brave jawans of the BSF, who protect our nation with utmost dedication and courage. This festival is a symbol of the bond between brothers and sisters, and we are proud to extend this bond to our brave jawans.”

The event concluded with a sense of patriotism and the exchange of sweets and warm wishes for peace and unity, reinforcing the bond between the citizens and the security forces.
