RSS Dakshina Kshetra Karyavah M. Radhakrishnan said that the fear and jealousy is the reason behind the false propaganda spreading against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The allegation that Suresh Gopi could win Thrissur parliamentary seat because of the RSS, attempt to disrupt the pooram celebration is generated from such jealousy. They have lost the wisdom to accept the defeat and recognise the victory of Suresh Gopi, said Radhakrishnan while delivering the keynote address at Thrissur Mahanagar Vijayadashami Utsav.
In Thrissur RSS have made deep root influence, because of decades long hard work of thousands of Swayamsevaks. And Suresh Gopi’s populist services also attracted people. Hard work of thousands of people is the reason behind the victory. Jealousy is the reason for spreading lies without seeing all these factors.
To spread the message that it is wrong for ADGP to meet RSS leader is also because of this fear and jealousy. Many high level officials including chief secretaries used to visit karyalaya and meet RSS leaders. For many years RSS have been undertaking such outreach (‘contact mission’) nationwide.
He said, because of some police official’s intervention Thrissur pooram was disrupted. It is not the first time that attempts made to disrupt not pooram only, for many years conspiracy moves are there to spoil even festivals, temples including Sabarimala. The purpose behind is to destroy the Hindu unity. Many can’t digest the fact that in big festivals people gather irrespective of caste and creed. This vested interest groups try to divide the people and harvest the result.
