Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – Le 18 Février/February 2025) – Seahawk Gold Corp. (the “Issuer”) announced on June 26, 2024 the intention to acquire FlexGPU, an AI data center development company, which would constitute a Fundamental Change pursuant to CSE Policy. The Issuer has announced the termination of negotiations for the acquisition FLexGPU.
Seahawk Gold Corp.
