Kurukshetra, August 2025: Global hospitality technology company OYO has successfully executed end-to-end event management for the prestigious Inter-State Youth Exchange Program 2025, organized by the Directorate of Skill Development & Industrial Training, Government of Haryana. The program, held in Kurukshetra, brought together hundreds of talented youth representatives and officials from across the country.
As the official event partner, OYO delivered a seamless hospitality and logistics experience, ensuring the program’s smooth execution under the strict protocol standards of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana and other dignitaries.
OYO arranged comfortable stays for 600+ youth participants and 40+ VIP officials across its hotels in Kurukshetra. It also partnered with local vendors to provide over 12,000 hot, hygienic meals across 6 days, along with specially curated VIP high-tea services. Additionally, OYO also coordinated the movement of 6,000 participants via AC buses and cars throughout the program, ensuring punctuality and comfort.
To ensure smooth execution, OYO set up an on-ground control room with skilled manpower for logistics, registration counters, security coordination, and hospitality management.
