The platform offers a safe, bilingual, and accessible community where families can find resources, connection, and support following a diagnosis.

Goji Labs and DSDN worked closely with parents and community moderators to understand their needs.
- For parents, this included a safe space where they could access resources and connect with others in similar situations
- Moderators needed ways to address issues quickly, maintain a supportive environment, and keep the community engaged
The platform focuses on three priorities: community, safety, and accessibility.
Features such as structured onboarding, bilingual support in English and Spanish, and a phased migration plan developed with moderators ensure these needs are met.

“Designing this platform meant listening closely to both parents and moderators,” said David Barlev, CEO and co-founder of Goji Labs. “Every feature, from onboarding to migration, was guided by their feedback. More than 20,000 parents have already been migrated from DSDN’s Facebook groups into the new platform, with continued rollout planned.
