Women Inspiring Network #WIN Lounge unites global voices during Climate Week New York alongside UNGA 80

September 2025: Building on the momentum of Davos and Cannes 2025, the Women Inspiring Network (WIN), the WIN Lounge shines during Climate Week New York 2025 alongside UNGA 80 with an audacious vision: to power on global action for a sustainable future.

Curated by Stuti Jalan, Founder of Women Inspiring Network (WIN), #WIN Lounge brought together 50+ global leaders from 20+ geographies, creating a diverse platform at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, business, and culture.

The day opened with a keynote fireside on India 2047: People Powering a Green Future with Jayant Chaudhary, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship & Minister of State for Education, setting an action-driven tone for Viksit Bharat from the lens of skill development, women empowerment, climate action, and innovation.

Sharing his thoughts at #WIN Lounge, Jayant Chaudhary, Honourable Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship & Minister of State for Education, Government of India, said, “The future of skills, technology, and industry is not a distant vision—it is already here. What we need now is to prepare ourselves and harness this disruption for inclusive and sustainable growth. The Indian industry must take real ownership of skills development, co-creating from curriculum to protocols, so that together we can bridge the skill gap and empower India’s workforce for the future. Platforms like the WIN Lounge are doing just that—curating conversations that matter and creating spaces where ideas turn into action.”

Through the day, the Women Inspiring Network #WIN Lounge hosted 10 dynamic panels on critical themes such as The Culture of Sustainability, The Eco Algorithm, Capital Markets Driving Systems-Level Climate Action, The Earth Reimagined, Clean Energy, The Planet Playbook, Plastic in Humans, Gender and Climate, Women in Wealth, and Climate Legacy.

A networking mixer midway in the day connected investors, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and change makers, fueling collaboration and cross-pollination of ideas. WIN Voices podcast also recorded special episodes featuring Geetha Murali, CEO at Room to Read; Kathy Diaz, Chief People Office at Cognizant, and other leaders, ensuring the dialogue resonated beyond New York.

Apart from hosting the Lounge, Stuti Jalan, spoke at the Green My Experience and Fusion Fashion Tech panels, sharing perspectives on creative leadership, sustainability, and women-led innovation.
