
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat partook in Srivari Annaprasadam along with devotees at the Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex in Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh.
In a post on X, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Chairman B R Naidu said that he, along with Additional Executive Officer Venkayya Chowdary, was present on the occasion.

“RSS Chief Shri Mohan Bhagwat Ji, along with devotees, received Shri Vari’s annaprasadam at the Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasada Centre in Tirumala. On this occasion, Additional EO Venkayya Chowdary Garu also participated alongside me,” he wrote.
Prior to participating in the Srivari Annaprasadam, Dr Bhagwat had darshan of Bhagwan Bhuvarahaswami, in accordance with established tradition. He is also scheduled to take part in Srivari Seva, rendering service to Bhagwan Venkateswara along with devotees on Friday.
“Prior to that, in accordance with field tradition, Bhagwat Ji had darshan of Bhagwan Bhuvarahaswami. Tomorrow morning, Bhagwat Ji will participate in Shri Vari’s services,” the post added.
Dr Mohan Bhagwat is in Tirupati to address the Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan (BVS) 2025, the flagship initiative of Vijnana Bharati, being held on December 26-29, 2025, at the National Sanskrit University.
The inaugural ceremony of BVS 2025 is being graced Dr Mohan Bhagwat as the Chief Guest, alongside several Union Ministers, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, and heads of major scientific institutions.
The four-day national conclave, BVS 2025, scheduled from December 26 to 29, 2025, is being organised around the central theme “Samagra Vikāsa kī Bhāratīya Avadhāraṇā” (The Bharatiya Perspective of Integral Development), with a focus on integrating India’s indigenous knowledge systems with contemporary scientific and technological advancements.
