Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – Le 23 juin/June 2025) – Kraken Energy Corp. (“Kraken”) has announced the completion of the plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”), whereby Aero Energy Limited (“Aero”) acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Kraken pursuant to the Arrangement agreement dated April 1, 2025 between Aero and Kraken.
Kraken will be delisted market close on June 23, 2025. For further information please see the news release.
