About Us

One objective of pre-independence journalism of Bharat was the independence of the country. Journalists like Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi and Bal Gangadhar Tilak spent their entire lives in achieving this goal. After independence, journalism started moving towards becoming a media world. Initially its pace was a little slow but in the last two decades there have been rapid changes in the field of journalism, now it has become professional. The changes required in journalism over time required a large number of resources. In view of this, it seems right for journalism to become professional in the form of media world, but due to this we are forgetting the principles established by journalists like Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi.

Although even today there are many people who want to use journalism for the common people. Smriti Shesh Shrikant Joshi was one such virtuous soul. Considering him as an ideal, we decided to create such a tool for the media world, through which we can establish coordination between the commercial media world and journalism ethics. With this idea in mind we came in front of you all on 21st December 2018 as hindi news portal of Matribhumi Samachar. In this series we started English new portal on birth date (23rd January) of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in year 2024. Matribhumi Samachar is registered under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India (No.: Udyam-UP-43-0001206). To read more about our Hindi news portal please refer following link :
