Ministry of Tourism promotes India in a holistic manner, through various initiatives. As part of its on-going activities; promotion of various tourism destinations and products of India including Eco Tourism are taken up.<\/p>\n

In order to position India as a preferred global destination for Eco Tourism and adventure tourism, Ministry of Tourism has formulated National Strategies for Eco Tourism and Adventure Tourism.<\/p>\n

Eco-Circuit is one of the themes for development of tourism infrastructure under Swadesh Darshan scheme of the Ministry. The details of funds allocated under Swadesh Darshan Scheme is placed at Annexure.<\/p>\n
