The Preparatory Phase of the Campaign will start from 16<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0to 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2024 to identify targets in respect of Pendency\u2019s of PMO, VIP, State Govt., MP, Cabinet References, and Record\/Space Management. While the Implementation Phase will start from 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0October 2024 and will last up to 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0October 2023. During the Implementation Phase special focus will be on achieving the targets identified.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the beginning of the preparatory phase of the Special campaign, approx. 70 field\/outstation offices have been identified under its 19 Attached, Subordinate, and Autonomous Organizations spread across the country for conducting Special Campaign 4.0. Guidelines have been shared with all field functionaries to mobilize their efforts to prepare for the Special Campaign 4.0. Training on Record Management was conducted for ASO\/SO\/US\/DS\/Dir. level officers of DPIIT for efficient management of Record and Space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In its earlier administrative efficiency spree, DPIIT successfully completed various activities under Special Campaign 3.0 for institutionalizing Swachhata and minimizing pendency in the Government. DPIIT and its 19 Attached, Subordinate and Autonomous Organizations spread across the country, participated in the Campaign and achieved overwhelming results in reducing the pendency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Highlights &amp; achievements of the Department during Special Campaign 3.0, 2023<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Effective Disposal of Pendencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the campaign, DPIIT along with its Attached, Subordinate and autonomous bodies reduced the pendency in respect of the following parameters -36 out of 39 MP references, 07 out of 09 State Govt. references, 29 out of 29 PMO references, 01 out of 01 Cabinet references, 218 out of 230 Public Grievances and 29 out of 32 Public Grievance Appeals have been disposed off.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>File Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During\u00a0\u00a0the campaign, attention was also given to record management for the overall improvement of working environment in the offices, 15055 physical files were reviewed and 3468 files were weeded out.
