Inspired by the vision of our Prime Minister, the Ministry is steadfast in its commitment to creating a more streamlined and efficient government.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Progress Highlights (November 2023 &#8211; August 2024):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>3856 Physical Files Weeded Out<\/strong>: Our rigorous efforts in decluttering and organizing records have resulted in significant progress towards a more efficient workflow.<\/li>\n<li><strong>100% Implementation of E-Office<\/strong>: Embracing modern technology, we have fully integrated the E-Office system to reduce paperwork and streamline processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>99% Pending Public Grievances Disposed Of<\/strong>: Timely resolution of public grievances remains a top priority, and we are proud to have addressed a substantial number of them (140761 out of 142207)<\/li>\n<li><strong>99% Pending Public Grievance Appeals Disposed Of<\/strong>: Ensuring that the concerns of the public are heard and acted upon promptly is integral to our mission (32158 out of 32442)<\/li>\n<li><strong>References from MPs:\u00a0<\/strong>81 % of references received from MPs have been disposed of (70 out of 86 receipts)<\/li>\n<li><a name=\"_gjdgxs\"><\/a><strong>Cleanliness campaign<\/strong>\u00a0conducted on more than 1309<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As we look ahead, the Ministry of Labour and Employment is gearing up for the upcoming Special Campaign 4.0.
