This nationwide effort will culminate in the grand observance of Swachh Bharat Diwas on October 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0reaffirming India\u2019s dedication to comprehensive cleanliness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The campaign aims to generate widespread advocacy and participation, focusing on large-scale cleanliness drives to address challenging and neglected waste areas across the country. In recognition of their vital role, the contributions of sanitation workers will be celebrated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leading up to the campaign, the Department has educated all staff and field units on the importance of the Swachhata Hi Seva initiative. From September 17<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024 to October 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0 2024, the Department will carry out several key activities as a precursor to the nationwide drive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The launch of Swachhata hi Sewa 2024<\/strong>: Displaying campaign banner on the website and office of DoCA along with all field units such as NTH, BIS, RRSLs, IILM, NCDRC &amp; NCCF to spread awareness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image001S6W3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Swachhata Pledge:\u00a0<\/strong>Administering the pledge to all staff at BIS Headquarter, RRSL Bengaluru, RRSL Faridabad, IILM Ranchi &amp; NTH-WR reinforcing commitment to a cleaner India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image003QA8X.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cleanliness Drives:\u00a0<\/strong>Organized near the office premises of\u00a0 RRSL Ahmedabad \u00a0promoting the culture of cleanliness around office surroundings<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image00412FF.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cleanliness Cyber Session:\u00a0<\/strong>A session was organised at DoCA on the\u00a0<strong>theme \u201ccleanliness of cyber space\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0with wide participation from the employees of DoCA<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image005JCS7.jpg\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/image006BRJZ.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, will lead the Swachhata Hi Sewa Campaign 2024, themed\u00a0&#8220;Swabhav Swachhata \u2013 Sanskaar Swachhata,&#8221;\u00a0celebrating a decade of advancements in cleanliness and sanitation.
