These initiatives focus on critical areas such as\u00a0<strong>Digital Public Infrastructure<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Contract and Procurement Management<\/strong>, the Application of\u00a0<strong>AI &amp; ML<\/strong>, Managing Large\u00a0<strong>Digital Transformation Projects<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Digital Governance<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Data Management<\/strong>. To enhance the capabilities of officials at both Central and State levels, a series of specialized training programmes are being conducted across the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Second regional programme on procurement management begins in Ahmedabad<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second regional programme of this series focused on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/negd-media.digitalindiacorporation.in\/2024\/06\/Brochure_NISG-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2018Contract and Procurement Management\u2019<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0was inaugurated on\u00a0<strong>26<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2024 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat<\/strong>. This initiative, spearheaded by the\u00a0<strong>National e-Governance Division (NeGD) of MeitY<\/strong>, is in partnership with the\u00a0<strong>National Institute for Smart Governance (NISG)<\/strong>\u00a0as the training partner. The programme commenced with\u00a0<strong>28 participants<\/strong>\u00a0from Central Line Ministries and other Western states of the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>NeGD initiative boosts officers skills in procurement challenges<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NeGD, under MeitY, is at the forefront in designing and implementing various capacity building programmes under its\u00a0<strong>Capacity Building scheme<\/strong>. This training programme on\u00a0<strong>Managing Contracts and Procurement\u00a0<\/strong>is designed to\u00a0<strong>offer a unique and immersive learning experience<\/strong>\u00a0for the participating officers.
