The overall hiring intent for FY2025- 26 stands at an impressive 9.75%, driven by a mix of replacement hiring and capacity-building for new roles, contributing over 24% to workforce expansion.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nIndia&#8217;s transformative journey, marked by robust economic stability and strategic resilience, is setting a new benchmark for global economic leadership.
