Mumbai, February 2025: Shemaroo Umang is all set to bring another exciting story to your screens with \u2018Jamuniya\u2019, and the buzz around the show just got bigger! While we already know that Aleya Ghosh is playing the titular role, it\u2019s now confirmed that Rajat Verma will be stepping in as the male lead\u2014Ratan Vyas, the heir of the Vyas family.<\/p>\n

Rajat, who has wowed audiences with his roles in TV shows and music videos, is thrilled about playing this character. Sharing his excitement, he said, “Ratan Vyas represents every man raised to believe they must be tough because expressing emotions is seen as a sign of weakness. He grew up believing in society\u2019s beauty standards and family traditions. I believe our perspectives are shaped by what we observe in our families and the people around us. Most men internalize the belief that \u2018fair is beautiful\u2019 from their own families. We build the image of an ideal partner based on that.\u201d<\/p>\n
