Hyderabad, 2nd May 2025<\/strong>:\u00a0G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science<\/strong>\u00a0(Women<\/strong>),\u00a0Shaikpet, Hyderabad<\/strong>; has successfully conducted its\u00a0Graduation Day<\/strong>\u00a0Ceremony, in the open auditorium at GNITS Campus. The ceremony was adorned by the Chief Guest of the event,\u00a0Mr. Vijaya<\/strong>\u00a0Kadiyala,<\/strong>\u00a0Executive Director, India Head of Enterprise and the Guest of Honour,\u00a0Mrs. C. Narmada<\/strong>, Joint Director, Vigilance & Security, TGSRTC. The event was graced by the Chairman of GNITS,\u00a0Sri. G. Raghava Reddy<\/strong>\u00a0and Vice Chairperson,\u00a0Smt. G. Srividya Reddy<\/strong>; Governing Council member,\u00a0Mr. Gopal Redd<\/strong>y; Former Pro-VC, Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Bihar and also former member, UGC,\u00a0Smt.Kiranmai<\/strong>\u00a0Pendyala<\/strong>; Corporate VP, HR, UPS India Technology Center. Principal;\u00a0Dr. K. Ramesh Reddy<\/strong>\u00a0and the Deans of GNITS. The ceremony has witnessed the participation of over 1050 students of the undergraduate batch, B.Tech. of 2021-2025 and the Postgraduate batch, M.Tech. of 2023-25.<\/p>\n \n The ceremony featured the addresses by the dignitaries and esteemed guests.\u00a0Mr. Vijaya Kadiyala<\/strong>, the Chief Guest advocates for a problem-solving mind-set, encouraging individuals to think critically and take initiative rather than relying solely on managerial guidance. By instilling these values, Kadiyala aims to prepare students for the challenges of the modern workforce, where adaptability and teamwork are crucial for success.<\/p>\n The guest of honour,\u00a0Mrs. C. Narmada<\/strong>, an alumnus of GNITS (2002-2006 batch) has inspired the students immensely by narrating her life journey as a Deputy Superintendent of Police. She advised the engineering students to aim for various careers like Civil Services which has good prospects for them to serve the society. She advised the girls not to lose basic sense while using internet. As girls, they should be cautious of revealing personal information in online platforms. When faced with any kind of women\u2019s issues, they should not hesitate to approach the \u2018she teams.\u2019 Girls need to be aware of the law of the land. She ended her speech with the words, \u2018degree is just a passport not destination\u2026enter the real world\u2026be cautious, take wise decisions, grow constantly.<\/p>\n \n The Chairman, GNITS,\u00a0Sri. G. Raghava Reddy<\/strong>\u00a0gave his blessings to the students to have a fruitful career, good job, name and fame to live with. He also advised the students to change the society along with them with their innovation and contribution. The Vice-chairperson,\u00a0Mrs. G.
