Mumbai, June 2025: Sony SAB\u2019s Pushpa Impossible continues to resonate with viewers across generations with its heartfelt and relatable storytelling. Acclaimed actor Gaurav Chopra has made a remarkable return to television, adding a new dimension to the show\u2019s engaging narrative, as Professor Rajveer Shastri. His entry adds a fresh layer to the storyline as Pushpa will be seen enrolling in Professor Shastri\u2019s college to study law. But it\u2019s their off-screen dynamic that truly surprises one and all, as their bond off camera is a complete contrast to what unfolds on screen.<\/p>\n
Karuna Pandey spoke about her bond with Gaurav Chopra, she said, \u201cFrom the very first phone call, there was this unexpected ease between us, a warmth that just carried into our scenes. We\u2019re two very different personalities, but there\u2019s a strange sync in how we approach our craft. He\u2019s deeply sincere, incredibly instinctive, and so thoughtful in the way he performs. What I really enjoy is how we balance intensity with laughter. Rajveer is such a complex, brooding character, but between takes, we\u2019re often laughing our heads off or pulling each other\u2019s leg. Our lunch breaks are filled with food and fun banter; it\u2019s like switching from acting to fun in seconds! There\u2019s an ease, a rhythm, and above all, a shared passion for acting that both of us have and I think that\u2019s what the audience is connecting with.\u201d<\/p>\n
On discovering a creative and personal friendship with Karuna, Gaurav shared, \u201cIt\u2019s a challenge to walk into a show when it\u2019s already running successfully for three years. The tone is set, the audience is connected, and then you arrive to shake things up. Rajveer is a complex character, layered, scarred, and intense. But the way the audience sees him is through the eyes of Pushpa. Even before I stepped on set, Karuna ji sent me regards through the team and believe it or not, we actually bonded over a chai vs. coffee debate on set which got intense! Karuna ji is a die-hard chai lover, and I\u2019m all about my black coffee. What started as playful banter turned into this hilarious debate with the entire crew picking sides. It\u2019s moments like these that build an effortless comfort between us, and you\u2019ll see that chemistry translates beautifully on screen.\u201d<\/p>\n
