Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – June 27, 2025) – \u00a0Andean Precious Metals Corp.\u00a0<\/b>(TSX: APM) (OTCQX: ANPMF)\u00a0(“Andean” <\/b>or the “Company<\/b>“) today announced the voting results from the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) held on Friday, June 27, 2025.<\/p>\n

A total of 126,712,930 common shares were voted for at the Meeting, being 85.74% of the Company’s total issued and outstanding common shares. A majority of shareholders voted in favour of the management resolutions brought before the Meeting, including:<\/p>\n
