The Company had a participation rate of approximately 27% of eligible shareholders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Results from the Annual General Meeting<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The shareholders endorsed the recommendations in the Information Circular.
