Chief Guest\u00a0Dr. B. S Murty<\/strong>, Director, IIT, Hyderabad and Guest of Honour\u00a0Dr.<\/strong>\u00a0P.V.Nanda Kumar Reddy,\u00a0<\/strong>Vice Chancellor, KNRUHS\u00a0conferred the MBBS and MD\/MS Degree awards at a glittering ceremony attended by the parents and families of the students. Guest of Honour\u00a0Dr Sangita\u00a0<\/strong>Reddy<\/strong>, Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Group; graced the occasion. Dean\u00a0Dr. K. Manohar<\/strong>\u00a0addressed the students and parents and\u00a0Ms Aparna Reddy<\/strong>, COO, AIMSR welcomed the gathering.<\/p>\n\n
Chief Guest\u00a0Dr. B. S Murty<\/strong>,\u00a0Director, IIT, Hyderabad, said,\u00a0In our culture, we see divinity in every human relationship \u2014 a mother as Mathru Devo Bhava, a teacher as Acharya Devo Bhava, and a doctor as Vaidyo Narayano Hari. A doctor is truly the manifestation of the divine for a patient, a symbol of hope, healing, and life itself. The only one who parallels this sacred stature is a teacher, for while a teacher transforms a life, a doctor gives life itself. At the same time, never forget that learning is a lifelong pursuit. As a teacher, I firmly believe that the day we stop learning, we cease to be teachers. Knowledge evolves, and so must we. India has always been celebrated for its spirit of service. Yet, the true mark of a developed nation will be when \u2018Made in India\u2019 products find a place in every corner of the world. This vision can only be achieved when young minds are given the freedom to pursue what they are passionate about, for only a free and creative mind can build a developed nation. In the medical field, most devices used in India are still imported. To bridge this gap, IIT Hyderabad has launched a unique master\u2019s program, M.Tech in Medical Device Innovation, designed to bring doctors and engineers together to create home-grown solutions. I strongly believe that medical professionals should step into research and innovation, helping India build a strong foothold in medical technology. There is tremendous potential for collaboration between us to drive innovation, make healthcare more accessible, and build a self-reliant India. Your profession demands dedication, sacrifice, and service, virtues that define greatness. The future of healthcare will be radically different from what we know today. With the power of technology, we are moving from observing symptoms to interpreting signals, signals drawn from ECGs, wearable devices, and continuous monitoring systems, all intelligently processed through AI. Soon, our ICUs will be guided by early warning systems that can predict and prevent complications before they occur. Yet, amidst all this technological brilliance, we must remember that the true essence of healthcare lies in the blend of science and soul. When you put your heart into healing, when compassion meets innovation, that is when healthcare reaches its highest purpose and delivers its best outcomes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

One hundred Undergraduates and 34 Post Graduates received their degrees on the occasion. Since its inception in 2012, over 700 Students have graduated from The Apollo Medical College, Hyderabad. About The Apollo Medical College<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Apollo Medical College operates out of two Medical College campuses, at Hyderabad and Chittoor. The Hyderabad campus received the UG recognition from the MCI in May 2017 and is in the process of establishing PG medical courses, in 18 disciplines with 53 seats. The Medical College campus in Chittoor admitted its\u00a09th batch\u00a0of 150 MBBS students, in\u00a0August 2024. The Apollo Group ultimately intends to establish a Knowledge Hub in the city of Chittoor, which would provide diverse education and employment opportunities to the general public of Chittoor, as well as the country of India as a whole.<\/p>\n
