Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – October 27, 2025) – The Board of Directors of TMX Group Limited today declared a dividend of $0.22 on each common share outstanding. This dividend is payable on November 28, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 14, 2025. <\/p>\n

TMX Group hereby advises that this dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes. <\/p>\n
