The instructor focused on a variety of Yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation techniques, emphasizing their role in promoting holistic health. The serene ambiance of Kartavya Path provided the perfect backdrop for the event, fostering a sense of peace among the participants.
