Malayalam media reports and visuals shared by multiple YouTube channels show the flag tied to an iron pillar supporting the pandal, even as massive crowds of devotees continued their pilgrimage uninterrupted.<\/p>\n The Nadappandal is a high-security zone during the Mandala-Makaravilakku pilgrimage season, with central armed police forces deployed and constant administrative monitoring due to the movement of crores of devotees.
