Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – February 20, 2026) – Evolve Funds Group Inc. (“Evolve<\/b>” or the “Manager<\/b>“) is pleased to announce that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Canadian securities regulators for plans to list the Evolve All-in-One UltraYield ETF<\/b> (“EASY<\/b>” or the “Evolve Fund<\/b>“) on the Toronto Stock Exchange. EASY<\/b> aims to offer investors modestly levered exposure to a portfolio of leading global companies with a covered call strategy and cash distributions paid twice per month.<\/p>\n

“We are pleased to announce the filing of a preliminary prospectus for EASY, our All-In-One UltraYield ETF,” said Raj Lala, President and CEO at Evolve. “EASY is built as a simple, one-ticket solution that provides diversified global equity exposure while aiming to pay distributions to investors twice per month.”<\/p>\n

EASY<\/b> seeks to provide attractive income and long-term capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of leading global equity securities that have the potential to generate significant option premiums. To enhance yield, as well as to mitigate risk and reduce volatility, EASY<\/b> will employ a covered call option writing program at the discretion of the Manager<\/b>. The level of covered call option writing may vary based on market volatility and other factors.<\/p>\n

EASY<\/b> will use modest leverage in order to seek to achieve its investment objective. Leverage will be created through the use of cash borrowings and\/or Derivatives, or as otherwise permitted under applicable securities legislation.<\/p>\n

Cash distributions, if any, on EASY<\/b> will be paid at least semi-monthly, with the possibility of more frequent distributions at the Manager’s discretion.<\/p>\n
