CHENNAI, March 2, 2026<\/b> \u2013 The streets of Chennai are set to witness a vibrant display of grit and philanthropy as 35 high-profile women entrepreneurs from the United Kingdom arrive to launch the “Let\u2019s Goa 2026 Rickshaw Rally.”<\/b> Partnering with Madras Midtown Round Table 42 (MMRT42)<\/b> and Madras Midtown Ladies Circle 7 (MMLC7)<\/b>, the Sisterhood Group UK<\/b> will navigate auto-rickshaws across a challenging 1,000-kilometer route from Chennai to Goa. The mission aims to raise between \u20b91\u20133 crores<\/b> to fund education and vocational skilling for women and children across Tamil Nadu.<\/p>\n

This isn’t just a road trip; it’s a high-stakes fundraising marathon. The Sisterhood Group, founded in 2006, is renowned for taking on “extreme challenges”\u2014from rowing the English Channel to racing across the Amazon\u2014having already raised over \u00a31 million for global causes.<\/p>\n
