Edmonton, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – March 2, 2026) – Everyday People Financial Corp. (TSXV: EPF) (OTCQB: EPFCF)<\/b> (“EPFC<\/b>“, “Everyday People<\/b>” or the “Company<\/b>“), is providing an update regarding XTM Inc. (“XTM<\/b>“) and EPFC’s ongoing role.<\/p>\n

On February 27, 2026, XTM and its Canadian subsidiary, Everyday People Payments Inc., formerly operating as the AnyDay Payments platform were granted protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA<\/b>“) by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.<\/p>\n

EPFC is actively collaborating with the court-appointed Monitor and will continue to operate the AnyDay\/EveryDay Payments platform program to ensure that merchants’ funds are protected and that all program operations remain fully compliant with all applicable regulations and regulatory authorities. EPFC is committed to providing operational support in connection with the AnyDay\/EveryDay Payments platform within the framework established by the Court to facilitate continued program operations.<\/p>\n

EPFC’s core Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM<\/b>“) business remains strong and unaffected by these developments.<\/p>\n
