Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – April 24, 2026) – Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CTN)<\/b> (“Centurion<\/b>“, or the “Company<\/b>“) wishes to announce that further to its news releases of April 16 and April 22, 2026, it has increased its non-brokered private placement (upsized) financing from $620,000 to $700,000 due to strong investor demand.<\/p>\n

The financing is structured as a $0.05 Unit, with each Unit including one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share, valid for three years from the date of closing.<\/p>\n

Financing proceeds are to be allocated for exploration, working capital and general corporate activities. Closing will be subject to TSX-V Exchange approval, and any shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.<\/p>\n
