All resolutions presented to the shareholders were approved.<\/p>\n

  1. Re-appointment of MNP LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as Plurilock’s auditor; and<\/li>\n
  2. ratification and approval of the Company’s Amended Omnibus Incentive Plan by ordinary resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A total of 12,998,634 common shares were represented at the Meeting, representing 16.33%of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares.<\/p>\n
