Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – July 13, 2026) – New Zealand Energy Corp. (TSXV: NZ) (“NZEC<\/b>” or the “Company<\/b>“) is pleased to announce that the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC<\/b>“) has revoked, effective July 13, 2026, the management cease trade order issued against the Company on May 1, 2026, and the failure to file cease trade order issued against the Company on June 30, 2026 (collectively, the “Cease Trade Orders<\/b>“).<\/p>\n

With the revocation of the Cease Trade Orders, trading in the Company’s common shares is expected to resume, subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company thanks its shareholders for their patience throughout this process.<\/p>\n
