(TSXV: TTGI) (FSE: E48) <\/b>(&#8220;<b>TTGI<\/b>&#8221; or the &#8220;<b>Company<\/b>&#8220;), a global provider of Technology-as-a-Service (TaaS) solutions and channel-driven IT services, provides an update on its application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the &#8220;<b>Exchange<\/b>&#8220;) for the extension of certain of its common share purchase warrants (the &#8220;Warrants&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Company is seeking an extension to the terms of the warrants as originally issued per the terms below:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>30,210,000 warrants issued on August 1, 2023 with an expiration date of August 1, 2026 at $0.14\/share. The Company wishes to extend these to August 1, 2028;<\/li>\n<li>4,790,000 warrants issued on August 22, 2023 with an expiration date of August 22, 2026 at $0.14\/share. There were 200,000 warrants exercised for this issuance in April 2024, with a total of 4,590,000 warrants remaining. The Company wishes to extend these to August 22, 2028; and<\/li>\n<li>5,569,652 warrants issued on August 22, 2024 with an expiration date of August 22, 2026 at $0.105\/share. The Company wishes to extend these to August 22, 2028.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Proposed amendments to the Expiration dates of the warrants are subject to the approval of the Exchange.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All the original Warrant terms remain unchanged. The Company&#8217;s directors and officers beneficially own, in the aggregate, less than 5% of the total number of Warrants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u><b>About Turnium Technology Group Inc.
