India already trains one of the largest pools of engineering talent anywhere in the world, so the challenge was never about supply. It is about readiness, about creating opportunities that make that talent job-ready, future-ready, and AI-ready. Colleges across the country are already working to close that gap by sharpening their focus on employability and industry alignment, and NIP is designed to meet that effort halfway through virtual instructor-led learning, hands-on projects, and industry-aligned learning pathways that connect classroom concepts to real enterprise expectations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">As Pega puts it: \u201cThe future won\u2019t be built by people who simply use AI.
