UCI para cycling Track 2026, Denmark<\/em><\/p>\n

Hyderabad, August 2026:<\/strong>\u00a0Indian para cyclists<\/strong>\u00a0delivered a strong three-day performance at the\u00a0UCI Parasport Denmark Grand Prix Event<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Odense, Denmark<\/strong>, securing\u00a012 medals \u2014 2 Gold, 5 Silver and 5 Bronze<\/strong>\u00a0across multiple track cycling events.<\/p>\n

\n

Leading the medal haul was Paralympian Paracyclist\u00a0Arshad Shaikh<\/strong>\u00a0from Andhra Pradesh, who won 6 medals, including 2 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze in various para track cycling events.<\/p>\n

\n

17-year-old\u00a0Vishwa Vasani<\/strong>\u00a0from Gujarat continued to make her mark on the international stage, winning four bronze medals across the 1km Individual Time Trial, Scratch Race, 200m Sprint and Elimination Race.<\/p>\n

\n

Making an impressive international mark, 16-year-old\u00a0Anshuman<\/strong>\u00a0Dhumal<\/strong>\u00a0secured two silver medals.<\/p>\n

\n

The three-day results reflect the growing strength of India\u2019s para cycling talent and the athletes\u2019 consistency across a demanding schedule of track events.<\/p>\n

The athletes are trained under Chief Coach\u00a0Aditya Mehta<\/strong>\u00a0and are supported in their journey by Invesco, NTT DATA Business Solutions India, Alcon, Flutter Entertainment and GMMCO, whose continued support is helping Indian para-athletes compete and perform at the highest international level.<\/p>\n
