Lucknow. Madhaugarh Police has busted a conversion racket in Jalaun district of Uttar Pradesh. Police have arrested 2 people associated with this racket. It is alleged that these people used to convert people of Hindu religion into Christians by luring them with money. Police say that further action will be taken after investigation. The matter is of Khudatpura of Madhaugarh police station area. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Vishwa Hindu Parishad informed the police that people from outside were luring people of Hindu community with money to convert them.
Apart from money, they also gave other inducements
According to the information, people of Christian community who had come from Kerala state in village Khudatpura, who were also in contact with Harnarayan son of Dhaniram, were continuously luring the Hindu community with money and forcefully converting them. Not only this, by giving various kinds of luring to many families, they are trying to convert them from Hindu society to Christian. It is being told that their aim is to become Christians and start believing in Jesus. While these people also provide a lot of inducement to encourage conversion.
100 Bibles, crosses and books were found in the car
Police said that these people ask to give two lakh rupees and additional arrangements for religious conversion. Due to which people get tempted to leave Hinduism and adopt Christianity. On receiving the information, police recovered Madhya Pradesh number Bulloro (MP-07-CD-9650) from which 100 Bibles, crosses, books related to Christianity etc. Giving information, Madhogarh CO Shailendra Bajpai said that these people used to convert people of Hindu religion into Christians by luring them with money, in which two people have been arrested. Now further action will be taken after inquiry.
