Support for property professionals continues

For landlords, letting agents and property developers, the outlet closure is also a timely reminder of the full range of support available at www.loft.co.uk. LOFT is not simply a furniture retailer – it is a full-service FF&E and interior design lifecycle partner, built over 23 years to support property professionals from concept through to completion and beyond. The website gives landlords, agents and developers direct access to:

  • Interior design and FF&E procurement – from single HMO rooms to entire build-to-rent and PBSA schemes, with furniture packages and bundles designed to furnish fast and on budget
  • Project management – a single point of contact taking a scheme from specification through to sign-off
  • Property staging – show homes and marketing suites dressed to sell or let faster
  • Delivery and installation – LOFT’s own fleet and fitting teams, so there’s no juggling multiple suppliers
  • In-house recycling and removals – old furniture cleared responsibly, supporting LOFT’s circular economy model and 99.43% waste diversion rate
  • Furniture replacement – ongoing support for landlords managing tenant turnover and wear and tear
  • The LOFT Business Portal – a dedicated online space for trade buyers to manage orders, reorders and property portfolios

Since being founded in Manchester in 2003, LOFT has furnished more than 250,000 properties and grown into a 150-strong team spanning offices in Manchester, London, Hong Kong, Ningbo and Dubai, with LOFT Living Global now extending the same end-to-end service into Germany, the UAE and Australia. As LOFT enters this next chapter at Trafford Park, the same values that have guided the business since 2003 remain unchanged: People First Design, and Holding It Up.
