Puri:-Puri City DSP Prashant Sahoo has been awarded the Kalki Gaurav Samman for the year 2024 by Kalki Foundation Trust, Noida (Uttar Pradesh) for his remarkable contribution in the works of society and country.He’s a known face in the Odisha Police Department, popular for maintaining law and order in all the places he’s posted to. But, along with the law and order, which is his duty as a Police Officer, he’s also popular for leading many Social Campaigns like Blood Donation Camps, movements against public defecation, anti-tobacco campaigns, motivating children and their family about importance of education and many more.
Varun Rastogi, founder of Kalki Foundation Trust, told that DSP Prashant Sahoo is an inspiration for all of us. Along with this, we have been honoring the personalities who have played an important role in nation building with the prestigious Kalki Gaurav Samman for the past several years. The aim of the organization is to increase the feeling of patriotism among the countrymen.
