Founded by Chef Deepa Arora, a homemaker-turned-culinary entrepreneur who learned traditional recipes from her mother-in-law in Amritsar, the brand stands for food rooted in family, tradition, and authenticity. Every dish is slow-cooked in pure ghee, using carefully sourced spices, with no preservatives or artificial colours—just as it would be in a Punjabi home.
A Special Mother’s Day Menu, Crafted with Love
The limited-edition menu celebrates nostalgic flavours and indulgent comfort foods, featuring:
- Ta(Ma)tar Shorba & (AMA)tsari Lassi to begin the meal
- Starters like (Ma)lai Paneer Tikka, (Ma)tar Tikki, and Raj(Ma) Tikki
- Signature mains including Paneer (Ma)khani, Dal (Ma)khni, (Ma)shroom Palak, and Aloo (Ma)ter
- (Ma)sala Pulao and (Ma)khanwale Tawa Laccha Parathas
- Accompaniments of Ta(Ma)tar Onion Raita, Papad, and Fresh Salad
- Ending on a sweet note with (Ma)ngo Phirnee
Pricing:
- ₹2100 + tax for 2 persons
- ₹3500 + tax for 4–5 persons
Adding to the celebration, one complimentary Shikanjvi will be offered on all orders above ₹1000 on Mother’s Day, making the experience even more refreshing and memorable.
