Hyderabad, 24th June 2026: His Excellency Dr. Nawab Mir Nasir Ali Khan, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hyderabad for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and Promoter & Managing Director of MAK Projects Pvt. Ltd., met His Excellency Sergio Gor, Ambassador of the United States of America to India and Special Envoy for South and Central Asia, during the celebrations commemorating the 250th Anniversary of American Independence in Hyderabad.
The meeting focused on real estate investment and development opportunities in Central Asia, particularly in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Discussions explored the potential development of landmark luxury golf communities, branded residences, and mixed-use lifestyle destinations in collaboration with internationally recognized brands, including Trump International Golf Club, Trump Tower, and Jacob & Co.
Drawing on MAK Projects’ experience in developing premium residential communities in India, Dr. Khan shared his vision for creating world-class developments that attract international investment, promote tourism, and contribute to economic growth across the region.
Dr. Khan also briefed Ambassador Sergio Gor on BTR Greens, MAK Projects’ flagship luxury villa community in Hyderabad, known for its “Clean, Green, Healthy Living” philosophy and its focus on sustainable, wellness-oriented living. The project features premium golf villas and environmentally responsible development practices designed to offer residents a world-class lifestyle experience.
Ambassador Sergio Gor expressed interest in learning more about the project and graciously accepted Dr. Khan’s invitation to visit BTR Greens during his next visit to Hyderabad.
Dr. Khan further confirmed that he will be meeting Ambassador Sergio Gor in New Delhi to continue discussions on the proposed investment opportunities and avenues for strategic collaboration.
