The Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, including all its PSUs and all subordinate offices/attached offices spread across the country has started ‘Swachhata Hi Seva-2024’ campaign as per guidelines of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation for the cleanliness and sanitation. Under the theme of the Campaign ‘Swabhav Swachchata, Sanskar Swachchata’, the campaign will focus on both behavioral and cultural shifts.
Shri Sanjeev Chopra, Secretary, DFPD administered the Swachhata pledge to officers and employees of the Department here today at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi.

WDRA joins the nation in observing Swachhata Hi Seva 2024. All officials have pledged to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in their daily lives and work and also WDRA participated in the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ initiative by planting trees, reinforcing our commitment to environmental sustainability
The Swachhata Pledge was undertaken at the Regional Office in Ahmedabad, as well as at the field units within this region and also plantation. (CWC)
Swacchta Rally was organized today i.e. 17 Sept 2024 for creating an awareness for the swaccta. The rally was organized on the GT road, wherein 200 students, along with faculty, participated in the event at the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur. (NSI)
